Spa Etiquette and Polices

 

At Nimas Float & Spa, we aim to provide peace and relaxation during your entire visit. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure enough to time to check-in and enjoy our serene relaxation lounge, before your service begins.

 

Cancellations/Late Arrivals:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. No shows, or same day cancellations, or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, will result in a charge equal to the full rate of your service. (Members who cancel within 24 hours will lose their monthly service and/or have their account charged the full rate of their service.)

If you are running late for your appointment, please call and we will try to reschedule your appointment for another time the same day.  However, if we are unable to accommodate a new time, your appointment will begin as orginally scheduled, and your account will be charged the full amount. The length of your treatment time will be determined by your arrival time, and your treatment will end as scheduled to ensure other guests can begin their services, at their scheduled time. A credit card number is required at the time of booking, without exceptions.

Minimum Age Requirement:

All Spa guests must be 16 years of age.

Therapist:

If you have a preference regarding the gender of your therapist, please specify at the time of booking.

Relaxation Lounge:

All Spa guests will have access to our relaxation lounge and enjoy complimentary snacks. Members of Nimas Float & Spa will have priority if room is at capacity. Relaxation time is limited to one hour prior to the scheduled appointment and one hour post the scheduled treatment time.

Personal Items:

Nimas Float & Spa is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuable jewelry and personal items at home, during your visit. 

Use of Cell Phones:

To maintain a peaceful experience within the spa, we appreciate you turning off your cell phones. Talking on cell phones and the use of cameras is prohibited. We appreciate all guest respecting the serenity of the environment.

Food and Beverage

No outside food or beverages allowed in the spa (exceptions  may be made for private events, with prior approval).

 

Health Conditions: 

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your service. If you have any contagious conditions or viruses, please reschedule your appointment. Customers with infectious conditions, open sores, skin infections or any viral conditions are prohibited from floating at Nimas Float & Spa.

Gratuity:

For your convenience, an 18 percent gratuity will be added to your bill for your therapist. You are welcome to adjust this service charge, at check out.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are available for purchase and must be shown at check out in order to be applied.

Float Customers:

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, for your float orientation.

  • Although it is highly recommended to float in the nude, you are welcome to bring bathing suits for this experience.

  • A $500 fee will be charged if anything is left in the float causing drainage of water (i.e. hair dye, bodily fluids, etc.).

  • YOU MAY NOT FLOAT if you have open sores, skin infections, viral conditions or any contagious or infectious conditions.

Nimas Float & Spa may revise the content of this site including our Polices, Fees and Conditions. Customers must comply to all updates and revisions executed by the Spa, at all times. Nimas Float & Spa is not responsible for other sites linked to our website. Linking to other off-site pages or other sites.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you access this site, be aware that Nimas Float & Spa may collect personal information or registration and purchase of gift cards.  Personal information will include your name, address, phone number, email, mailing address and date of birth. Additional credit card/debit card and expiration dates will be collected for reservations, membership services and gift card purchases.

Nimas Float & Spa may use personal information to contact you regarding special promotions, events new services, membership services and appointment confirmations.  Your personal information will not be shared with outside third parties.
